We are 100% committed to helping you in the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, doesn’t quite fit or simply wasn’t what you expected. We even go as far as paying your return shipping cost.*

Simply send us an email or Facebook message and let our team know how we can make things better. Keep in mind that we do have a few basic criteria that need to be met, in order for us to arrange an exchange or refund. Please see below:

Fault or damage:

  • The fault/damage must be in relation to the material or manufacturing
  • The fault must not be due to accidental damage
  • We are notified within 30 days of receiving the item(s)

Size, fit or other reason:

  • The product must not have been worn (aside from trying it on)
  • The product must not be damaged, marked or stained
  • You must still have the original packaging
  • We are notified within 14 days of receiving the item(s)

How you can help us:

  • If your inquiry is related to faulty goods, be sure to attach a clear photo of the defect so we can analyze the issue.
  • If you are concerned that you’ve purchased the wrong size, you may (if you like) send us a photo of you wearing the garment so we can help you pick the best size.
  • If returning goods via post, be sure to send us a photo of the postal receipt and a photo of the postage label showing our postal address, so we can arrange your refund or exchange straight away—we don’t want to keep you waiting.

Return shipping fee reimbursement:

Being a premium brand, we go the extra mile and cover the cost of your return shipping fee, so you can shop with confidence.

*Terms and conditions of shipping reimbursement:

  • The reimbursement is processed as a partial refund to your credit or debit card
  • The reimbursed amount may take 5-10 days to appear on your statement
  • We cover up to 1 return shipping reimbursement per product purchased up to a maximum of AUD$30.
  • You must provide us with a photo of the postage receipt
