Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options in both economy and express with options for signature on delivery and/or tracking (depending on your location). These options can be selected on the Cart and Checkout pages. Please refer to the table below for predicted delivery times*. All orders are currently shipped from Gold Coast, Australia. All references to shipping times throughout this website are made in business days.

* The delivery timetable above should only be used as a guide. Delivery times can occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
** Next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network.

Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. If an order is placed before midday (on a business day), we will endeavor to process and dispatch the order on the same day. Any order placed on a non-business day will typically be processed and dispatched on the next business day. If an order has a relevant tracking number, we will add a note to the order with the tracking details and notify you by email.

Back Orders

If a product is out of stock, back orders can still be placed. A ‘back order’ allows you to pay for and secure your product while it is temporarily out of stock. You will see a back order notification when selecting product options that are out of stock on the product page and also on the cart and checkout pages if you have added this product to your cart. When products are on back order, we are in the process of ordering more stock from our manufacturer which may take a few weeks. You can check on the progress of a back order by simply contacting us any time!
